Biskra (Arabic: ولاية بسكرة, Berber: ⴱⴻⵙⴽⵔⴰ) is a province (wilaya) of Algeria with its capital at Biskra. It is located on the northern edge of the Algerian Sahara, south of the Atlas Mountains.
