Dr Hone Ropata arrives at Shortland Street after a stint in Guatemala. Stuart Neilson brings his pregnant friend into the Clinic claiming that he is the father. Dr Hone ruffles feathers by performing an emergency ceasarean on Stuart's pregnant friend, even though the clinic is not equipped for such a procedure.
