JosĂ©e Dupuis is a Canadian biostatistician. She is a professor in the Boston University School of Public Health, where she chairs the department of biostatistics. Her research interests include genome-wide association studies, geneâenvironment interaction, and applications to diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
