The Council of People's Commissars (CPC) (Russian: 小芯胁械褌 薪邪褉芯写薪褘褏 泻芯屑懈褋褋邪褉芯胁 (小袧袣), romanized: Sovet narodnykh kommissarov (SNK)), commonly known as the Sovnarkom (小芯胁薪邪褉泻芯屑), were the highest executive authorities of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic (RSFSR), the Soviet Union (USSR), and the Soviet republics from 1917 to 1946.
