an interesting game in an otherwise dull series where the writing gets better as the plot continues - a reversal from the standard 'strong opener, dud end' writing of its era. wonderful stealth, abundant world interactivity, good characters and cool explode-y action await you. sometimes, a character will excitedly spew a meme like "all your base are belong to us" or something while hacking. this is to showcase that they're nerds that the player can relate to, even though they're running people over at 16...

The last meaningful game in this series. It's nothing special but it expanded on everything wd1 did. While watch dogs 1 was slower and overall more grounded/limited in its approach to it's gameplay this game is all about messing around with crazy hacks and creating mayhem with your hacker crew. It's a shame what this series became. So much potential squandered for nothing. 8/10 game tho .
