the problem with 'diluting' highly enriched Uranium is that it would be then the typical material used in fast breeder reactors to breed Plutonium and then Iran could produce dozens of tons of it for thermonuclear weapons. Nuclear is NEVER only peaceful en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uran...
