Kathryn Elizabeth Crosier (née Barnett) is a New Zealand academic, a clinical haematologist, and is an emeritus professor at the University of Auckland, specialising in molecular medicine. In 2005, she was appointed an Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to medicine.
