Michelle Wu (Chinese: 吳弭; pinyin: Wú Mǐ; born January 14, 1985) is an American lawyer and politician who has been the mayor of Boston since 2021. A member of the Democratic Party, she is one of the youngest mayors in the city's history, and is the first woman, first person of color, and the first Asian American to hold the office.
