Expected. It makes the agreement that Obama had Iran commit to would still be in effect so the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) could still inspect them every 6 mo ... it was working.

The Iran Nuclear Deal was a perfectly good agreement to prevent Iran getting nuclear weapons, see attached.
