He is the fifth letter of the Semitic abjads, including Phoenician hΔ π€, Hebrew hΔ Χβ, Aramaic hΔ π‘, Syriac hΔ ά, and Arabic hΔΚΎ Ωβ. It is also related to the Ancient North Arabian πͺβββ, South Arabian π© , and Ge'ez α. Its sound value is the voiceless glottal fricative ([h]).
