Shimshon Belkin (Hebrew: ืฉืืฉืื ืืืงืื; born July 17, 1951) is an environmental microbiologist, a Professor Emeritus at the Department of Plant and Environmental Sciences at the Alexander Silberman Institute of Life Sciences of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
