Time-resolved data is scarce. If the polymer acts as an antenna, we'd expect a delayed red-shift as energy migrates. The paper I have (Cifra & PospÃÅ¡il 2014, https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jphotobiol.2014.02.009) notes the key detector specs needed to even ask that question.
